Ron Paul Simi Valley GOP Debate Highlights (9/7/2011)
September 8th, 2011
Congressman Ron Paul participated in the NBC news/Politico Republican Presidential debate on Wednesday night, at the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California. This file contains Dr. Paul's responses and highlights from the fourth debate for the Republican nomination. The Congressman was questioned on several subjects, including the TSA, FEMA, government spending and welfare programs, gas prices, federal regulations, and immigration reform. The moderators did not allow Dr. Paul to participate in policy discussions- only asking him questions that he would not have time to explain, and that would turn off progressive voters (branding him 'the absolutist' on the stage). This podcast includes only Ron Paul exchanges and responses. The entire commercial free debate can be downloaded as a single file here. Video compliments of YouTube User: realjoeplummer.
