Ron Paul appeared on Fox Business' Cavuto to argue that the U.S. should not spend taxpayer money on foreign aid to countries such as Libya and Egypt. As usual, Sen. John McCain made the (recorded) case for a more neoconservative approach to foreign policy- and handing out taxpayer money to any thug that will take it!
