Ron Paul Weekly Update - August 25th thru August 31st

I've got a long 4-hour block of audio for you all this week to make up for the lack of coverage over the last 7-10 days. The Republican National Convention  turned out to go down just about how one would have expected- given all the shenanigans that took place during the long primary season. Dr. Paul did not receive a speaking spot at the Rom-i-nee pageant, but he was allowed out on the floor to greet the delegates, and was honored with a a five-minute video tribute. Those concessions were small, considering all the Paul delegates who were disqualified, disenfranchised, or otherwise dis-empowered throughout the process.  Nevertheless, our people would not be silenced by the GOP establishment, and even mainstream media noted the pettiness with which the Romney camp treated the Ron Paul people. Just maybe, they may have turned off many other activists who don't intend to be rubber-stamps for the party. I should find plenty more coverage in the days to come!
